We encourage all prospective parents to visit Hall School Wimbledon prior to registering a child for the school. A visit to the school during a normal school day enables parents to see the children in their lessons, to meet the class teachers and to get a real feel for HSW life. It also provides the opportunity to ask further questions either about the school or specific to your child.

Reception Open Mornings

Reception Open Mornings are held regularly on Wednesdays from 9.30 – 11.00am for parents of children interested in joining our Reception class. On arrival, parents are greeted by some of our Year 5 or 6 pupils and offered tea and coffee before receiving a Headmaster’s Welcome talk. This is followed by a presentation about Hall School Wimbledon from the Marketing and Admissions Manager. Parents are then introduced to the Reception children and their Senior Tutor before being taken on a tour of the school. The morning finishes with a Q&A session with the Headmaster or Deputy Head.

11+ Open Mornings

11+ Open Mornings are held regularly on Tuesdays from 9.15 – 10.30am for parents of children looking to take our 11+ Assessment for entry to our Senior School. Parents will receive a Headmaster’s Welcome talk and a presentation about Hall School Wimbledon, followed by a tour of the school. Parents are welcome to speak to the Deputy Head after the tour to address any personal questions and concerns.

Individual and small group visits

For entry to all year groups at Hall School Wimbledon, we offer individual or small group appointments.

At both the Junior and Senior Schools, parents will meet the Deputy Head and be given a tour of the school.
