Hall School Wimbledon is very proud to announce the winner of 2019 District Chess Competition, which took place on Sunday 3rd March, is Michael Dean from Year 5, who was one of the four children to win a gold medal in this year’s District Chess Competition.

The competition, which lasted two and half hours, resulted in a record clear win by 120 points! Well done to Michael and a big thank you to Mr Brook for introducing Michael to chess in Year 3.
