Our girls have been winning again! Congratulations to our netball teams who played matches against Kingston Grammar this week, winning BOTH games, 13-8 and 11-7. This is proper teamwork in action. I couldn’t be more proud of them all and my thanks to Ms Ofori for her continued efforts and commitment, coaching, supporting and driving our girls to all these fixtures!
Teamwork was in abundance at another sporting event this week, the Chatsworth Pride Trophy football tournament, held at one of our sister schools, Broughton Manor. As you will see from the pictures below, our superstars clearly enjoyed themselves and represented us so very well. Events like these are golden
opportunities to meet other children from across the Chatsworth family, and to celebrate what we have in common. My thanks to Mr Mackintosh, Mr Ottey and Miss Smith for taking the teams over to Milton Keynes and back!
On Wednesday we welcomed many prospective pupils from a range of primary and prep schools to our Year 7 Taster Day (the first of three due to demand). I was lucky enough to welcome them all, take questions from everyone and interview each child. What a wonderful group of children they were. My thanks to everyone who helped to make them feel so welcome. I asked each one of our young visitors at the end of the day how much they had enjoyed their visit to The Hall, and the lowest score we received was 8 out of 10. I’ll settle for that.
Have a good weekend all!
